A structured clinical process examining developmental history, psychiatric history, and the full context of presenting concerns — producing precision mental health diagnosis consistent with DSM-5 criteria, with an individualized, evidence-based treatment plan identifying clinical targets, establishing measurable treatment goals, and outlining the specific therapeutic approach indicated by the diagnostic formulation.

Mediation

Payment is due at the time of booking.
